The following cases were heard this week by Judge David W. Nibert in Mason County Circuit Court, according to the official court docket filed in the office of Circuit Clerk Bill Withers: State v. Michael R. Richmond, extradition waived to Gallia County, Ohio. State v. Debra Scott, dangerousness assessment, placed in hospital, review in one year. State v. Ariscelene Fowler, plea hearing scheduled 1:15 p.m., Jan. 24. State v. Robert Martin, parole granted, defendant to pay fees for home confinement as well as court costs. State v. Brittni M. Brunton, sentencing date set for 10:15 a.m., Feb. 28. State v. Tasha Boster, hearing on restitution, parties agreed order. State v. Barseem K. Allah, pretrial hearing, defendant did not show, warrant issued. State v. Tahlea L. Hudson, plea hearing, continued to 10 a.m., Feb. 28. State v. James M. Marshall, plea hearing, continued to 1:30 p.m., Jan. 24.
