Nellie Eileen Fulks, 84, of Crown City, Ohio, died Monday, February 13, 2012, at home.
Funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 16, 2012, at Hall Funeral Home by Pastor Jim Parsons. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, February 15, 2012, at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio.
