Helen Louise Neal, 83, of Centerburg, Ohio, died Wednesday, February 15, 2012. She was born July 5, 1928 in Point Pleasant, to the late Charles and Martha Ellen (Young) Krebs. She was a lifetime member of the Scioto Model A Club and a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Laverne; grandson, Ronnie Carter; five brothers and three sisters.
She is survived by daughters, Judy (Jim) Hilton and Shirley (Ron) Carter both of Centerburg, Ohio and Connie (Butch) Powelson of Sugar Creek, Ohio; ten grandchildren, Molly, Shelly, Paula, Tammy, David, Gina, Michael, Tim, Travis and Lori; 24 great-grandchildren; and sister, Violet Morrison.
Family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Friday from at the Schoedinger North Chapel, 5554 Karl Rd., Columbus, Ohio, where a funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Online condolences may be made to www.schoedinger.com.
