Randall P. “Randy” Deckard, 58, Vinton, Ohio, died at his Vinton, Ohio residence on Monday, February 20, 2012.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, February 27, 2012, in the Vinton Memorial Park, Ohio 160, Vinton.
