Haer Bears 4-H news

The Haer Bears 4-H club held their monthly meeting on April 3 at Bellemead Church. The meeting was called to order by Kamille Bonecutter. Songs and pledges were led by Faith Cook, Kenly Arbogast, and Garrett Turley. Devotions were given by Lauren Kincaid. The secretary report was given by Josie Hill. The treasurer report was given by Kamille Bonecutter. The leaders report was given by Lisa Arbogast.

Members were reminded of the following important dates. 4H camp, June 7-10; May 6, dining hall auction; June 19-25, West Virginia Focus on Washington; August 8-13, Mason County Fair. Old business discussed was the 4-H Queen pageant and Recycling Day. New business discussed was Make it Shine Day, planting trees, Adoption a Highway, roller skating, North Bend, Creation Museum, and a fly-in.

The health officer report was given by Ethan Kincaid. The Meals on Wheels project was provided by Faith Cook. Refreshments were provided by the Kincaid family. The meeting was adjourned with the next meeting scheduled for May 1.
