POINT PLEASANT — Some of those receiving indictments from the May term of the grand jury recently appeared before Judge David W. Nibert or Judge Thomas C. Evans, III, specifically for arraignments.

Arraignments allow defendants to hear the charges and formally enter a plea to those charges. Dates for upcoming hearings and trials are also set at arraignments.
