POINT PLEASANT — Royalty for this year’s Battle Days Festival has been chosen.


The pageant, held recently at Point Pleasant Junior/Senior High School, saw Delaney Bronosky, daughter of the Late Christopher Bronosky and Julie Bronosky of Point Pleasant, crowned Miss Battle Days. Cyrena Roach, daughter of Angela Roach and Jason Roach of Point Pleasant, was named Miss Battle Days first runner-up.


Erykah Roach, daughter of Angela Roach and Jason Roach of Point Pleasant, was crowned Young Miss Battle Days. Sumer Hughes, daughter of Billy and Jill Hughes of Glenwood, was named Young Miss Battle Days first runner-up.


Maggie Kincaid, daughter of Michael and Amy Kincaid of West Columbia, was crowned Jr. Miss Battle Days. Zoe Enos, daughter of Aaron and Scarlett Enos of Point Pleasant, was named Jr. Miss Battle Days first runner-up.


Reghan Thomas, daughter of Ashley and Will Cossin of Point Pleasant, was crowned Little Miss Battle Days. Lyndee Taylor, daughter of Melissa and Richie Taylor of Point Pleasant, was named Little Miss Battle Days first runner-up.


Aislyn Hayman, daughter of Tate and Damia Hayman of Leon, was named the People’s Choice Winner.


Also in attendance were the the 2012 Battle Days Royal Court, including Jr. Miss Kate Henderson, Little Miss Addyson Stein, Miss Lauren Roush, Young Miss Katherine Deem and Little Mr. Tres Gillispie.

The pageant is under the direction of Brandy Barkey-Sweeney and is also a fund raiser for Mason County Toys for Kids. Battle Days Royalty will be attending this weekend’s Battle Day’s Festival and parade in downtown Point Pleasant. The Battle Days Parade is at 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 5 on Main Street.
