POINT PLEASANT — Commercial feeder calves and replacement heifers took over the livestock show ring Wednesday night at the Mason County Fair.


Results for the commercial feeder show were as follows:


Jordan McCarty and Morghan Mullins took home banners for the grand and reserve champions, respectively.


Taking home awards for senior showmanship were: Danielle Foglesong, first place; Levi Doolittle, second place; Morghan Mullins, third place.


Taking home awards for junior showmanship were: Havin Roush, first place, Adalyn Cottrill, second place, Riley Oliver, third place.


Also during the Commercial Feeder show, the following awards were presented:


The Billy McDermitt Memorial Scholarship Award went to Morghan Mullins. The Ora Mae Hunt Award winner was Emily Keefer.


Results for the replacement heifer show were as follows:


Shelly Stanley and Braxton Call showed the grand and reserve champions, respectively.


Taking home awards for junior showmanship were: Bryce Fields, first place, Leah Hoffman, second place; Christopher Thomas, third place.


Taking home awards for senior showmanship were: Shelby Stanley, first place, Megan Pursley, second place; Jordan Muncy, third place.


Commercial feeders and replacement heifers will be a part of Friday’s livestock sale which begins at 11 a.m.
