Anna Margaret King, 73, of Point Pleasant, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, November 1, 2011, at home with her family by her side.

She was born April 13, 1938 in Letart, a daughter of the late Elvin Lawrence Keefer and Freda Elizabeth (Baker) Keefer.

Anna was a member of Faith Gospel Church in Gallipolis Ferry, and had retired with 25 years service from Holzer Medical Center.

She is survived by her husband, Arthur King of Point Pleasant; one daughter, Donna (Dean) McCoy of Point Pleasant; two sons, Michael (Paula) King of Ravenswood and Benjamin (Lisa) King of Point Pleasant; three grandchildren who were the light of her life, Adrianna McCoy, Madison King, and Izabella King. Also surviving are two sisters, Faye Palmer of Sandyville and Eileen (Charles) Benson of Ravenswood; seven brothers, James (Joyce) Keefer of Akron, Ohio, George Keefer of Paintsville, Ky., Ronald (Nina) Keefer of Sandyville, Dennis (Mary) Keefer of Ripley, Donald (Theresa) Keefer of Newton Falls, Ohio, Loren (Shirley) Keefer of Newton Falls, and Raymond (Stacy) Keefer of Ripley; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, November 4, 2011, at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant with Pastor Joe Hammack and Pastor Warren Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery at Letart. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. - 11 a.m., Friday at the funeral home.
