Gallia Academy senior Frank Goff, seated front and right, signed a letter of intent on Friday (May 18) at the GAHS library to continue his track and field career with the University of Rio Grande. Goff said of his choice, “It’s an outstanding college as academics and sports go, and I’m proud to be part of it.” Goff — the son of Donald Goff and Amy Reyes — plans to major in nursing and is joined in the front row by Renee Barnes. Standing in back are GAHS coach Todd May, GAHS athletic director Craig Wright, URG coach Bob Willey and GAHS coach Paul Close.
