The Mason County Sheriff’s Department reports the following arrests: Thomas Fellure, 29, Point Pleasant, theft and destruction of property, investigated by Powell; Joann Hicks, 65, Apple Grove, domestic battery, investigated by Rhodes; Billy Simpkins, II, 50, Point Pleasant, domestic battery (second) and domestic assault (second), investigated by Wilson; James Marshall, Jr., 18, Pliny, domestic battery, investigated by Stearns.
