The Point Pleasant Police Department recently submitted its monthly activity report to Point Pleasant City Council as follows: 65 citations issued; 17 misdemeanor arrests; six felony arrests; one DUI arrest; six accident reports processed; 26 complaint reports taken; four warning citations issued. Officers from the PPPD arrested and transported the following to the Western Regional Jail: Allan R. Nelson, Jr., DUI, second offense. Franklin S. Eaves, malicious wounding times two. Brandon M. McBride, possession with intent to deliver on Cabell County warrant. Mattie E. Brown, possession with intent to deliver. Jody R. Flowers, possession controlled substance, driving suspended. Kelly D. Veazey, obstructing officer. Marvin R. Mayes, violation of personal safety order, public intoxication.
