Jeremiah Lee Bentley, 32, of Middleport, Ohio, died December 21, 2012.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, December 28, 2012, at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy with Pastor Justin Roush officiating. Visiting hours will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
