Preschoolers from New Haven Elementary took a field trip to the Point Pleasant River Museum on Wednesday to learn about life on the river, including how to steer a boat. Pictured are students with Ruth Fout of the river museum taking turns using the riverboat pilot simulator which allowed preschoolers the opportunity to virtually steer a vessel past the Point Pleasant Riverfront Park. Also pictured are teachers, parents and aides, along with the entire class, getting to take a break at the museum and be a little silly - one of the best parts of preschool and of life. After the museum, the class visited Tu-Endie-Wei State Park.
