The following cases were recently heard in Mason County Circuit Court by Judge David W. Nibert, according to the official court docket filed in the office of Circuit Clerk Bill Withers: State v. Richard Thomas, motion for bond reduction, bond was reduced from $500,000 to $110,000. State v. John Cornell, home confinement and day report.

The following cases were recently heard in Mason County Circuit Court by Judge Thomas C. Evans, III, according to the official court docket filed in the office of Circuit Clerk Bill Withers: State v. Ricky Pickens, two - 10 years, suspended sentence with home confinement and day report, sentence is stayed until 4 p.m. on May 28. Stone v. Rottgen, continued to 9 a.m., Sept. 10 for trial. Fisher v. Fisher, et. al., continued to 11 a.m., June 28.

The following cases are scheduled to be heard on Monday, May 20 in Mason County Circuit Court by Judge David W. Nibert according to the court docket filed in the office of Circuit Clerk Bill Withers: State v. Joshua McCormick, sentencing. State v. Jarred M. Bright, review and sentencing. State v. David L. Darst, Jr., sentencing. State v. Jessica Clendenin, hearing on revocation of probation. Asleson v. Meadows, pretrial hearing. Fetty/Hall v. Valley Health Systems, hearing on motion to dismiss. Leggett v. Cadco Hearing and Cooling, Inc., et. al, hearing on motion to dismiss and motion for default. State v. Robin Zuransky, plea. State v. Tommy L. Allen, sentencing. David Selby v. William Fox, Warden, status to set hearing.
