Elementary teacher arrested for alleged abuse
GALLIPOLIS FERRY — Another teacher with Mason County Schools has been arrested. Dwayne R. Russell, 35, Letart, a teacher at Beale Elementary, has been accused of stomping on a student’s foot who was preparing to leave his music class, according to the criminal complaint.
