The RedStorm, who are ranked No. 1 in the NAIA coaches’ poll, improved to 11-0 overall and 2-0 in the KIAC with the win.

The Trailblazers, who are in their first season as a member of both the NAIA and the KIAC, slipped to 4-4 overall and 0-1 in league play.

Junior Patricio Arce (Santiago, Chile) and freshman Eduardo Zurita (Barcelona, Spain) both had a goal and an assist in the victory, while junior Willian Paulino (Sao Paulo, Brazil), sophomore Spencer Reinford (McAlisterville, PA) and senior Kimathi Kaumbutho (Nairobi, Kenya) all had one goal each.

Arce began the scoring affair at the 4:16 mark of the opening half off a pass from Zurita, while Paulino scored at the 17:10 mark via an assist by senior Luiz Filho (Sao Paulo, Brazil) to make it 2-0. Paulino’s marker was his team-high ninth of the season.
