Ready to ‘Relay for Life’

The Mason County Relay for Life takes place Oct. 17 at Point Pleasant Junior/Senior High School. This year, organizers are asking teams to dust off their tents, bring out their tables and chairs because “relayers” are camping at PPJ/SHS during the event which will have the baseball theme “Strike Out Cancer.” Pictured are relayers signing up their teams with American Cancer Society representative Holly Dunham, including Darlene Haer of the Bellemead (Church) Bell Ringers team and Barbara Franklin, a cancer survivor and member of the Heavenly Hands team from Trinity Church.
