Bringing the (Halloween) party

Point Pleasant’s Riverfront Park was packed with trick-or-treaters who turned out for the annual Halloween Block Party on Thursday. Families were treated to games, candy, prizes, bouncy houses, hot dogs, popcorn and drinks. The entire party is free, made possible by donations and volunteers, ensuring everyone has a safe place to go on Halloween. Pictured are some contestants in the costume judging contests which included a little “horsing around” and the weeping angel for all the Doctor Who fans in attendance. More on this year’s block party, as well as celebrations in the Bend Area to appear in the Halloween edition of the Point Pleasant Register.
