Norma Jean “Betty” Belcher, 80, of New Haven, passed away on January 26, 2012. She was born on January 8, 1932 in Boone County, a daughter of the late James H. and Anna White.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald K. Belcher, four brothers and a sister.

She is survived by her children, Robert Lee Belcher and his special friend, Jeanna Bailes of Sandyville, Elizabeth “Libby” Bumgardner and her husband, Eric of Williamstown; grandchildren, Christina Renee Belcher, Sarah Leann Belcher, Ryan Niel Bumgardner and Susan Nicole Bumgardner; sisters, Charlotte Miller of Seth, and Mary Wiley of Madison.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, January 30, 2012 at the Anderson Funeral Home in New Haven. Burial will follow at Pineview Cemetery in Boone County. Visiting hours will be from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home. A registry is available at www.andersonfh.com.
