Atkins, who plans to major in education, said of Urbana, &#8220;I chose Urbana because of their winning tradition, coaching staff, small-town atmosphere and student-to-teacher ratio.&#8221; Sitting with Stephen at the signing are his parents, Heather Robinson and Greg Atkins.
