William “Bill” D. McCoy, 82, of Gallipolis, Ohio, passed away on Monday, April 23, 2012, at his daughter’s home (Diana Wyant) in Jackson.
Services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, April 27, 2012, at the Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Thomas officiating. Burial will follow at 2:30 p.m. in Fairmount Cemetery, Jackson, Ohio. There will be a military graveside service. Friends may call at the funeral home from 12-1 p.m. prior to the service.
