W.Va. State Police
The Mason County Detachment of the West Virginia State Police reports the following arrests and accident: Cody R. Massingo, 19, Gallipolis, Ohio, breaking and entering building other than a dwelling in relation to an incident at Bob’s Market and Greenhouses in Mason, extradited from Ohio, arrested by Cpl. K.M. Gilley. Christopher J. Roach, 34, West Columbia, fugitive from justice out of Carroll County, Ky., transported to Western Regional Jail, arrested by Trooper S.C. Allen. Robert P. McMahill, 21, Point Pleasant,domestic battery, arrested on April 16 by Trooper A.B. Wilson.
There were no injuries in a single vehicle crash on April 26 involving a 1998 Toyota Tacoma driven by Kimberly M. Gill, 35, Milton. Gill was traveling Southeast on Ashton Upland Rd. when she rounded a right hand curve and lost control of the pickup, striking a rock in a yard. There were no injuries or citation. Investigated by Cpl. K.M. Gilley.
Mason County Sheriff’s Department
The Mason County Sheriff’s Department reports the following arrest: Troy Dudding, 47, Hartford, leaving the scene of an accident, arrested on April 29 by Varian.
