Julia “Judy” Yvonne Marks, 72, of New Haven, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 9, 2012, at Pleasant Valley Hospital, Point Pleasant. She was born August 1, 1939, in Letart, the daughter of the late Lawrence R. Clark and Estyl L. (Roush) Clark. She was a homemaker and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a member of Soul Harvest Church in Mason and a member of VFW 9926 and American Legion 140 Ladies Auxiliary.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Millard Collier; and brother, Gerald (Juanita) Clark.

She is survived by her son, Jeffrey (Loretta) Collier of Tuppers Plains, Ohio; daughters, Dee Dee Rickard of Hartford, Allyson (Mike Sayre) of West Columbia, Micki (Greg) Russell of Mason; grandchildren, Tia Collier of Tupper Plains, Ohio, Justin Gibbs of Middleport, Ohio, Jamie (Kasey) White of Hartford, Whitnee Russell of Point Pleasant, Ashley Sayre of West Columbia, Brady Russell of Mason, Brandon Russell of Mason; six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews; sisters, Eileen Fields of New Haven, Phyllis (Harley) Fetty of Point Pleasant; brothers, Melvin (Sally) Clark of West Columbia, Dorwin Clark of New Haven, Ralph (Sue) Clark of Point Pleasant, Gordan (Michell) Clark of West Columbia.

Calling hours will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday, May 11, 2012, at Foglesong-Roush Funeral Home in Mason. Service will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 12, 2012, at Foglesong-Roush Funeral Home in Mason with Pastor Mike Finnicum. Burial will follow at the Graham Cemetery in New Haven.
