Mason County Sheriff’s Department
The Mason County Sheriff’s Department reports the following arrests: Brenden Black, 22, New Haven, arrested on May 23 by Terry, domestic battery. Tonya Gibson, Milton, arrested on May 24 by Terry, violation of DVP.

Cpl. Jeffrey Sweeney with the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources reports the following cases which have either been heard in Mason County Magistrate Court or plead to by the following defendants: Dorsel Keefer, 72, Leon, unauthorized use of a dumpster; Kristoffer Reeve, 33, Ohio, pull/tow person without PFD; Richard Ray Lee, 47, Henderson, highway littering; Forest Alan Lee, 31, Leon, failure to be on trash service; James Edward Fetty, 65, Point Pleasant, two counts of trespass on UTV. In addition to these cases, Sweeney reports two cases involving juveniles were processed by his agency and heard in Mason County Magistrate Court.
