Jaime L. Fraley Supple, 35, of Gallipolis, died on Wednesday, August 8, 2012, at Kings Daughters Medical Center Emergency Room, Ashland, Kentucky.
Services will be 2 p.m., Monday, August 13, 2012, at the Willis Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Ohio Valley Memory Gardens. Friends may call from noon-2 p.m. prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home.
