Roy Wayne Meadows, 66, of Apple Grove, died August 21, 2012, at his home.
He was born November 10, 1946, in Mason County, a son to the late Otho Carl Meadows and Maude Shaffer of Apple Grove. He was an construction worker.
He was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by son, Michael and (Stacey) Meadows of W.Va.; daughter, Patricia and (Clay) Clark of Poca; brothers, Richard Meadows, Charles Meadows, Melvin Kinniard, and Ronald Kinniard; sisters, Barbara Watts, Sadie Waugh, Eva Plumley, and Connie Nibert; and nine grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, August 24, 2012, in the Potts Chapel Cemetery, in Apple Grove. There will be no public visitation.
The Deal Funeral Home is serving the family.
