Dear Editor,
I wanted to make the people in our area aware of the poor service we received from Erie Insurance. We have our house and auto policies with them and have had for five years. During the previous bad weather our area suffered from during the spring, I incurred property damage, as well as many of my neighbors. Our claim was less than $3,500 in which was paid by the company. However, due to the claim we are now being canceled. It’s a sad day when someone loses something by no fault of their own but it’s even more sad when a company is okay with you as long as you give them money then ditch you when they deliver the serve you have paid for so long.
