Circuit Court

Knopp, five years probation, pay restitution, fines, hearing set for 10 a.m., March 15, 2013. Joshual D. Heib, five years probation, pay restitution, fines, hearing set for 10 a.m., March 15, 2013. Timothy Stone vs. Erma Rottgen, status hearing, pretrial set for 1 p.m., June 3, 2013, trial set for 9 a.m., June 25, 2013. Shyla Jarrell, plea, sentencing date set for 9:30 a.m., Jan. 29, 2013. Ricky Pickens, bond revoked, arrested warrant issued.
Arrests
The Mason County Detachment of the West Virginia State Police reports the following arrests: Leslie D. Dabney, 32, Apple Grove, bail piece for grand larceny, conspiracy, petit larceny and three shoplifting warrants issued by Huntington Police Department, transported to Western Regional Jail, arrested by Cpl. J.M. Finnicum. Ricky E. Pickens, 54, Glenwood, capias for failure to appear in circuit court, transported to Western Regional Jail, arrested by Sr. Trooper S.C. Allen. Blake D. Robinson, 25, Green Cove Springs, Fla., fugitive from justice Pennsylvania, awaiting extradition at Western Regional Jail, arrested by Cpl. B.L. Keefer.
The Mason County Sheriff’s Department reports the following arrests: Patrick L. McChristian, 54, Salt Rock, fleeing causing property damage, DUI, arrested by Cpl. Terry. Charles P. Kensler, 22, Apple Grove, burglary, arrested by Cpt. Peterson. Joshua J. Long, 30, Apple Grove, obstructing an officer, arrested by Lt. Greene, Cpl. Terry. Christopher Sturgeon, 30, Apple Grove, domestic battery, arrested by Deputy Rhodes.
