After a long battle with cancer, Carol Price, 66, of Point Pleasant, passed away peacefully at home with her loving husband Doug by her side.

Carol was born April 10, 1946 to the late Marvin “Buckshot” and Genevia (Durst) Kemenah in Mt. Alto. Carol was a very caring and spirited person that was loved by everyone and will be greatly missed by many.

She is survived by her husband Doug Price of Point Pleasant; two sons, Kent (Chella) Price, and Travis (Tracie) Price; four grand kids that she loved very very much, Kelsey, Kylie, Colby, and Carter Price all of Point Pleasant; also surviving, brother, Keith (Linda) Kemenah; nephew, Brian Kemenah, of Parkersburg; one special cousin, who was more like a sister, Hester Daughtery of Point Pleasant; and a special friend, Mildred Morgan of Cottageville.

Carol was a graduate of Ravenswood High School. She was a homemaker and enjoyed life with her family and friends. She survived cancer for more than seven years and lived each day to the fullest.

The Crow-Hussell Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, has been entrusted with Carol’s care. A graveside service will be held at noon, Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at The Kirkland Memorial Gardens in Point Pleasant. There will be a reception honoring Carol’s life following the graveside service at The First Church of God Fellowship Hall in Point Pleasant for all family and friends.
