Gladys Louise Gerlach, 72, of Letart, West Virginia, passed away on December 24, 2012. She was born on May 17, 1940, daughter of the late Lloyd and Loraine Wamsley.
She is survived by her husband, John Schmitt; children, Robert (Elizabeth) Gerlach, Connie (Terry) Montgomery and Karen Sanders; grandchildren, Brandy (Richard) Marsee, Brittany (Don) Bertolotti, Dustin Montgomery, Julie Marcum and Tarah (Brandon) DeWees; great-grandchildren, Emma, Kiley, Kaleb, Joshua, Matthew, Hannah, Christian, Oliver and Cameron; brothers, Bill, Robert and Roger; sisters, Doris, Patty, Bonnie and Molly; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Carol Ann Gerlach; and sister, Margie Hart.
Private funeral services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Anderson Funeral Home.
