MASON COUNTY — A Mason County Grand Jury has handed down 20 indictments, 10 of which contain meth making charges.

The grand jury met on Tuesday, Jan. 8 and all persons receiving an indictment are to appear in the Circuit Court of Mason County at 9:15 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 10.

Those receiving indictments are: Christopher Arrington, 33, Gallipolis Ferry, operate a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacture a controlled substance, conspiracy. Johnathan Beaver, 31, Apple Grove, operate a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacture a controlled substance, conspiracy. Brittany Black, 25, Point Pleasant, operate a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacture a controlled substance, exposure of children to meth manufacturing times three, child abuse with substantial risk of serious body injury times three.

Timothy Blake, 39, Point Pleasant, attempted burglary, destruction of property. Timothy Blake, 39, Point Pleasant, entering without breaking, petit larceny. Kimberly Castillo, 36, Apple Grove, forgery times six, uttering times six. Brenton Glover, 26, Gallipolis Ferry, grand larceny. Kenneth Greenlee, 22, Point Pleasant, operate a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacture a controlled substance, conspiracy. Johnny Hall, 42, Ashton, grand larceny times two.

Megan Hammack, age unreported, Glenwood, operate a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacture a controlled substance, exposure of children to meth manufacturing times two, possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture meth. Misty Litchfield, 40, Henderson, operate a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacture a controlled substance, conspiracy. Shane Meadows, 24, Glenwood, forgery times two, uttering times two. Roxanne M. Russell, 22, Point Pleasant, operate a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacture a controlled substance, conspiracy.

Denver Saunders, 30, Glenwood, wanton endangerment times three, battery times three. Donald R. Shepard, 39, Gallipolis Ferry, entering without breaking, petit larceny. David H. Smith, 38, Glenwood, wanton endangerment times two, shooting near a dwelling. Christopher VanMeter, 35, New Haven, entering without breaking, petit larceny. Clinton Weethee, 32, Gallipolis Ferry, operate a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacture a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance.

Amanda R. Zirkle, 23, Point Pleasant, operate a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacture a controlled substance, conspiracy. Robin Zuransky, 44, Gallipolis Ferry, operate a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacture a controlled substance, conspiracy.
