Recognized from Mason County for their efforts to promote Main Street Point Pleasant are Charles Humphreys, Main Street executive director; Paul Simon, 2008 Main Street Board Member of the Year; Sharon Stapleton, 2008 Main Street Volunteer of the Year; Ruth Finley, 2008 Main Street Business Person of the Year; and Mayor Leonard “Buster” Riffle, 2008 Public Official of the Year.
