Roy H.. Schultze, 80, of Point Pleasant, passed away at his home Monday, September 14, 2009, after a long illness.

He was born November 9, 1928 in Mason County to the late Charles William & Adia Mae McDermitt.

He was a Korean Veteran, serving as a Aircraft Mechanic in the Air Force, and a retired welder from Dewhurst at the WV Malleable Plant. He also was a member of American Legion Post #23 and a life long member of Moose Lodge #731.

He was preceded in death by three brothers.

He is survived by his wife, Wild Casey Schultze; sister, Iran Money of Baltimore, Md.; two step-sons, Holes (Pearl) Cole and Rick (Kay) Cole; several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren; and special great grandson, Guy Cole, Jr.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Friday, September 18, 2009 at Deal Funeral Home with Rev. Carl Swished officiating. American Legion Post #23 will conduct full military rites at Suncrest Cemetery. Friends may call on the family 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, September 17, 2009 at the funeral home.
