POINT PLEASANT — William D. Young, 23, of Point Pleasant, was arrested on Sept. 4 with a charge of enter without breaking. Cpt. Carl Peterson was the arresting officer.
• Heather N. Litchfield, 22, of Henderson, was arrested on Sept. 6 with a charge of domestic battery. Deputy Terry Powell was the arresting officer.
• Joshua S. Martin, 26, of Gallipolis Ferry, was arrested on Sept. 8 with a charge of feeling while driving under the influence. Sr. Deputy Robert Glenn was the arresting officer.
• Dale W. Stover, 42, of Gallipolis Ferry, was arrested on Sept. 10 with a charge of domestic battery. Deputy Forrest Terry was the arresting officer.
• Roy D. Leonard, 49, of Apple Grove, was arrested on Sept. 12 with a charge of aggravated DUI. Sgt. Robbie Fruth and Sr. Deputy Robert Glenn were the arresting officers.
• Jeremy R. Ogier, 29, of Gallipolis Ferry, was arrested on Sept. 14 for charges of capias. Deputy Terry Powell was the arresting officer.
• Christopher L. Sturgeon, 27, of Gallipolis Ferry, was arrested on Sept. 15 with a charge of battery. Deputy Dustin Pearson was the arresting officer.

POINT PLEASANT — Several people were arrested on Sept. 11 for charges of burglary nighttime warrants.
Those arrested include Jennifer M. Warren, 24, of Point Pleasant; Mitchell Wears, 50, of Point Pleasant; Melissa A. Holley, 34, of Point Pleasant; Ernest Sargent, 37, of Point Pleasant; Lynnmarie Sargent, 25, of Point Pleasant; Anthony Ulfves, 20, of Point Pleasant; and Travis Warren, 25, of Point Pleasant.
• Jack C. DeWitt Jr., 32, of Point Pleasant was arrested on Sept. 17 on a warrant for procuring electricity with intent to defraud.
