He was born June 16, 1953, in Hartford, son of the late Charles William Warth Sr. and Dorothy (Ashworth) Warth.
He is preceded in death by a sister, Mildred Jean Smeltzer.
He is survived by a brother, Charles W. (Cherie) Warth Jr. of Pomeroy, Ohio; sisters, Darra (Warth) Oliver of Pomeroy, Ohio, and Iola Ann (Charles) Collins of Reedsville, Ohio; several neices and nephews.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family at Graham Cemetary.
Foglesong-Tucker Funeral Home is taking care of the family.
