Rodney Paul Clark, 41, of Point Pleasant, died Sunday, May 23, 2010.

He was born August 25, 1968 in Portsmouth, Ohio, a son to Paul Clark of New Bloomington, Ohio and Flo Turley of Gallipolis, Ohio.

He was a 1986 graduate of Buckeye Hills Career Center in Rio Grande.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Arthur and Frances Clark; and his maternal grandparents, Henry and Mary Wheeler.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Sherry (Mayes) Clark; his son, Nathaniel Mayes; his daughter, Ashley Turley; his step-father, Gil Turley; his step-mother, Carolyn Clark; four sisters, Yvonne Hollenback of Ft. Myers, Fla., Tammy Hawks of Vinton, Ohio, Dawn Clark of New Bloomington, Ohio and Rachel Kennard of Cashion, Okla.; two brothers, Jeff Clark of Minford, Ohio and Shawn Clark of New Bloomington, Ohio; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica and Joshua Jeffers, Courtney Hawks and Adam Pearson, Katlin and Robert Hersman, Wade Kennard, Brandi and Jennifer Hollenback and Nathan, Brittany and Brooklyn Clark.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, May 28, at the Crow-Hussell Funeral Home with Pastor Carl Swisher officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in Racine, Ohio. Visitation will be held at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Friday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with burial expenses.
