On Tuesday, Aug. 10, the CEOS organization will observe “CEOS Day” at the Mason County Fair. The group will offer a variety of demonstrations at their booth, located in the inside building of the fairgrounds.
Demonstrations will kick off at 1 p.m. The first demonstration will feature the fruit canning process. At 3 p.m., CEOS members will demonstrate the art of making a microwave potato bag. Once created, the bags can be used for other food items that are heated in a microwave. Instructions on all demonstrated tasks will be given to those in attendance.
There is no charge, other than the cost of fair admission, to take part in the CEOS demonstrations.
