POINT PLEASANT — During Monday evening’s Market Hog Show and Showmanship competitions, brothers Tre and Christian Pyles of Gallipolis Ferry walked away with first place.

Christian Pyles received Grand Champion with his hog, while Tre Pyles won the Senior Showmanship contest.

Reserve Champion was awarded to Nick Hatfield, and Kim Robinson came in third place.

Other Senior Showmanship winners were Colby Fellure, second place; and Kohl Slone, third place.

Karlee Edmonds also was named a winner on Monday evening. She won first place in the Junior Showmanship contest, and siblings Cynthia and David Hendrick came in behind Edmonds, taking second and third place.

Others who participated in the Junior Showmanship contest were Naomi Hoffman, Dylan Haynes, Rebekah Roach, Gage Smith, Mollie Cade, Ezekiel Ross, Michael See and Cassie Meadows.
