Second meth lab suspect surrenders

POINT PLEASANT — A man wanted in connection with a meth lab bust last week in Pliny has turned himself in to the Mason County Sheriff’s Department.

Kevin Wallace, 47, Pliny, surrendered to Sgt. R.E. Fruth on Thursday morning. Wallace was charged with attempting to operate/operating a clandestine lab and cultivation of marijuana.

This is the second arrest stemming from the investigation into the two meth labs and marijuana found at Wallace’s residence at 1580 Wallace Road. Edward Thomas “Edzie” Glenn was arrested Sunday by Fruth. He was transported to the Western Regional Jail . His bond was set at $25,000.

Wallace fled the scene, but after turning himself in, he was transported to the WRJ. Bond was set at $50,000.
