James Albert (Jay) Hammond, Jr., 70, of Gallipolis, died Monday May 21, 2012, at his residence.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Rio Christian Church at 11 a.m. on Monday May 28, 2012. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home is assisting the family.
