Tabit S. McCoy, 51, passed away on June 18, 2012, at Hospice of Huntington. She was born on May 1, 1961, in Gallia County, Ohio, a daughter to the late William E. McCoy and Docas See McCoy. She was disabled.
She is survived by sister, Mary “Billianne” Lanham of Buffalo; brothers Lee (Jena) McCoy of Ripley, Don (Tammi) McCoy of Shelbyville, Ky., Danny McCoy of Huntington, and Tom (Joy) McCoy of Liberty.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 7, 2012, at the Main Street Baptist Church in Point Pleasant, with Dr. Richard Sargent officiating. Burial will follow in the McCoy Family Cemetery in Glenwood. Friends may visit the family one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the church. Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant is serving the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, 3100 Staunton Ave, Huntinton, WV 25702.
