Stephen Dion Potts, 37, of Henderson, passed away as a result of an auto accident on November 10, 2012.
He was born in Mason County on July 11, 1975, a son to the late Dannie Potts and his mother Wanda Potts of Gallipolis Ferry. He was employed by Amherst in Henderson.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his uncles, Charles and Ira Potts.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Amanda Stover Potts of Henderson; brother and sister-in-law, Chris and Melanie Potts of Gallipolis Ferry; sister and brother-in-law, Tiffany and Matt Preton of Milton; special Uncle, Mike Potts and his family; nephews, Caden, Gavin, Colton, and Cole; nieces, Alyssa and Savanah; father and mother-in-law, David and Yonnie Stover; brother-in-law Jamie and Trish Stover; and several cousins and close friends.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., on Thursday, November 15, 2012, at the Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant with Isaiah Crump officiating. Burial will follow in the Potts Family Cemetery. Friends may visit the family from 6-8 p.m., on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at the funeral home.
